  • Saturday 9am PST/12pm EST - Hybrid Yoga

  • Sunday 5pm PST/8pm EST - Yin Yoga

Class time & style options will expand once I get settled into the groove of running these! :)

I also don’t currently offer any in-person classes so if you’re interested in taking one with me check out the scheduling widget here, where you can get an online class pack or monthly subscription. You can also look into a one-on-one consultation if you’d prefer more in-depth attention.

Also, please note that if only one person is signed up for a class, the class will be cancelled. But you won’t lose it! You’ll be given a credit to use for another class in the future, as will you should any hiccups arise that prevent me from teaching a class otherwise (refunds will not be given unless explicitly stated in a correspondence, but I am always happy to have you in class)!

Class Types

Yin Yoga—

Best for athletes, gym-goers & anyone else who may be wanting to improve their flexibility. It’s a 60min class made up of seated & lying poses that you hold for 1-3mins at a time in order to target the deepest layer of muscle: the fascia, & to help compress joints to release synovial fluid, which the joints need for better mobility! It’s also an amazing source of stress relief due to the slow pace of the class & soothing lo-fi music soundtrack.

Hybrid Yoga—

A mix of three styles: Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Yin. Class starts with some stretches that warm-up the body before going into a short Vinyasa flow. Then you’ll hold some standing & balance poses for five breaths before class closes with some deep stretching. It’s accessible but challenging, & the nice thing is that it’s a set sequence! So you’ll be able to track your progress with your practice just like you might in other forms of exercise :)
